"Kept Seeing the Delivery Date Shift"
I ordered a game and quickly noticed the delivery date kept changing around, which wasn’t a great sign. I kept checking for updates to see if there was any pattern or clear reason, but it just seemed to move without much explanation. Support did reply when I reached out, but the answers were vague and didn’t really help me figure out what to expect. It did eventually arrive, and the packaging was fine, but it was late enough that I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something by a specific date.
"Checkout took way too long"
I tried to place an order, but the checkout kept giving me problems and I ran out of patience. I just wanted to buy the thing and move on, but it turned into a hassle, so I gave up. Really not a smooth experience

"Always seems to be out of stock"
I’ve checked a bunch of times for certain games and accessories, but the stuff I actually want is almost always out of stock. The prices are decent, so that part is fine, but the availability gets frustrating fast. I reached out once and support basically said something like, “we’re working on restocks, just keep checking back,” which wasn’t super helpful. I just wish they kept the stock info updated better or gave clearer restock dates.
"Decent console options, but a few were missing"
The console selection was okay overall, and there were some good options to choose from. For some reason, though, a few consoles I expected to see weren’t available, so it felt a little limited. Not bad, just nothing too special.

"My first impression when I walked into Geekay..."
My first impression when I walked into Geekay Games was that the store felt a bit messy. I went in to browse some PS5 games, but the place didn’t really feel as clean or organized as I expected.
Some of the shelves had dust on them, and there were a few boxes just lying around, which made the store feel a little cluttered. The floor also looked like it could’ve used a proper sweep. The staff were fine though, not rude or anything.
I do like the products they carry, and I’d still check them out for games, but the store itself could definitely use better cleaning and tidying up. Overall, it just wasn’t the best visit for me.

"The discounts just didn’t add up"
I don’t know, the whole discount thing was kind of frustrating. I tried using codes twice and they just wouldn’t work, which always makes me wonder if I’m doing something wrong or if the site is just being weird. And even with the sale prices, everything still felt expensive, so it didn’t really feel like I was getting much of a deal.

"Pretty solid payment options, honestly"
Checkout was easy enough, and I liked that they gave me more than one way to pay. My card went through without any issues, so no complaints there. I do wish they had a few more wallet options though, that would make it feel a bit more complete, right? Overall, it was a good experience.

"Tracking Didn't Really Help"
I ordered a game last week and honestly... the tracking was useless. It stayed on “processing” for days with no real update, and then out of nowhere it finally said shipped after I’d already messaged them to ask what was going on.
The game did show up fine in the end, so it wasn’t a total mess or anything. But still, the lack of clear updates was frustrating. For an online order, I kind of expect the tracking to actually tell me something

I ordered a game from geekaygames.com and realized after the fact that I’d picked the wrong version, which was a annoying moment. I requested an exchange, and the process was simple enough. Support didn’t reply instantly or anything, but it wasn’t bad either, and I had a decent feeling about it once they got back to me.
They sorted out the exchange and kept me updated until the correct one arrived. It did take a few more days than I thought it would, and I was kind of impatient by then, but overall it worked out. No huge drama, and I ended up getting what I actually needed, so I’d say it was handled well.

"Refund took way too much effort"
I’m a bit biased because I really don’t like chasing companies for my own money back, but Geekay Games made the refund process feel like such a hassle. Buying from them was smooth enough, no complaints there, but once I needed a refund, it turned into a lot of waiting and asking for updates. The replies I got didn’t really clear things up either, so I kept feeling like nobody was giving me a straight answer. Maybe others had a better experience, but for me, this was annoying enough that I’d think twice before ordering again...

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect when I ordered it, but once it showed up, everything looked normal to me. The packaging, labels, and overall feel all seemed original enough, so I didn’t really have any concerns after checking it over.

I figured the selection would be limited, but I was surprised. I found both older games and newer ones really quickly, and there was a lot more to choose from than I expected.

"Quick reply and sorted my issue"
I had a small issue with my order and messaged them, not expecting much or a quick reply.
They got back to me fast and sorted it out without making it a whole thing. I was going to say it felt rare, actually, it just felt nice dealing with someone who clearly read what I wrote. Good experience overall.

I accidentally ordered the wrong game and was worried I’d be stuck with it or end up losing my money. Thankfully, the return process was really simple, and support got back to me quickly. The refund came through without any hassle, so I’m glad it didn’t turn into a waste of cash

"Really disappointing in-store service"
I went in hoping for a simple, decent experience, but the service was just, i don’t know, it felt like nobody really cared. I left frustrated and I’m not planning to come back.

My preorder took longer than I thought it would, which was a little frustrating. I still got it in the end, so it wasn't a huge deal, but something about it felt a bit more delayed than expected.

I originally just went on Geekay Games to look for a controller, but ended up browsing through a bunch of other accessories too. They had way more than I expected, like headsets, chargers, grips, and other bits. The prices were decent, not exactly the cheapest around, but fair enough. The site was easy to use as well. Only reason I wouldn’t give it 5 stars is because a few items were out of stock, which was a bit ridiculous considering they were the ones I actually wanted...

"Box showed up, all crushed"
The box arrived, badly crushed, and the game case inside had scratches on it. I was really disappointed, because the packing just didn’t seem good enough.

"Delivery took way longer than I expected"
I ordered this sometime around the listed date and figured it would show up roughly by the expected delivery window, but it didn’t arrive until about the actual delivery date, give or take.
The wait was really frustrating, mostly because the tracking updates weren’t very clear. I kept checking every so often, hoping for something useful, but it just made the whole thing more annoying.
Because of how late it was, I’d probably rate this about 1 star. Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but for me, the delivery was disappointing.

"Too pricey for what it was"
The prices felt a bit ridiculous, and the deal I ended up getting wasn’t as good as what I’ve seen at other shops. I don’t think I’d buy from here again
